Full martech and adtech stack evaluation, target architecture and phased roadmaps.
We spent years on the vendor side of this industry. Now we use what we learned there on yours.
Datafly helps brands get real value out of the marketing and advertising technology they have already bought. We evaluate the stack you are running, design the one you actually need, implement it across web, mobile and in-store, and take it all the way through to personalisation and activation, the point at which any of it starts paying for itself.
What makes us different is where we come from. We spent years on the vendor side of this industry, leading EMEA pre-sales and go-to-market for the customer data, identity and martech platforms enterprises depend on. We know how these products get sold, which capabilities are real, where the professional services bill lands, and why so many implementations quietly stall after go-live. That perspective now works for you rather than for the vendor.
Alongside our consultancy work, Datafly owns and operates a portfolio of products and platforms: Datafly Signal, The Virtual Mall, Shopperazzi and Liquid Market. We apply the same hands-on approach to our own ventures that we bring to client engagements.
Full martech and adtech stack evaluation, target architecture and phased roadmaps.
Independent, vendor-agnostic platform selection, with no referral commission.
CDI/CDP implementation and run support across Datafly Signal and leading CDPs.
Server-side tracking, consent and measurement that reconciles to your real numbers.
Personalisation, journeys and paid media activation, measured with proper holdouts.
Senior practitioners on the work: the people who scope it are the people who deliver it.

Founder & CEO
Datafly is led by Neill Brookman, who has spent close to thirty years in technology, fourteen of them leading EMEA go-to-market and pre-sales for the customer-data, identity and martech platforms enterprises depend on.
He has built and run pre-sales and go-to-market teams at some of the category's defining companies: GM & VP for EMEA & India at Treasure Data (now Treasure AI), leading a 70-strong regional team; Global Head of Pre-sales and a President's Club winner at Auth0; and early EMEA leadership roles at Lytics, Akamai (Janrain), Gigya and IBM. Four times over he has been the first technical hire in a new region (Gigya, Auth0, Janrain and Lytics), building EMEA organisations from the ground up and consistently beating target, including 220% in Q1 at Janrain and more than 170% at Treasure Data.
Most recently he led EMEA for a customer data infrastructure platform, a front-row view of where first-party data and server-side collection are heading, and the thinking that became Datafly Signal.
A hands-on technologist long before he led teams (he came up as a developer and solutions architect), Neill founded Datafly to put that experience to work on the buyer's side of the table: helping brands evaluate, implement and use the martech and adtech they have invested in, instead of watching another platform go live and quietly under-deliver.
Engagements are led by senior practitioners and delivered alongside specialist associates we have worked with for years, including our own designer and developers. You get senior people on the work rather than a bench, and we say plainly when a programme needs a capability we do not hold.
Built up in senior roles across the customer data, identity and martech platforms these organisations run on, including Gigya, Treasure Data, Auth0, Akamai, Lytics and IBM. Experience our team brings to client work, rather than Datafly engagements in their own right.
