Analytics integrity: GA4 configuration, event and conversion setup, data layer consistency, cross-domain and internal traffic handling, and whether the numbers reconcile with your order or CRM data.
Fixed-fee review of your martech and adtech stack. We test what fires (GA4, Meta CAPI, consent) and return a prioritised plan. Stack Teardown from £1,950; full Health Check from £6,500.
Most companies are not short of martech. They are short of confidence that any of it is working. Tags were added by three different agencies over five years, GA4 was migrated in a hurry, the Meta pixel fires twice on some pages and not at all on others, and nobody can explain why the ad platforms claim more conversions than the finance team can find in the order table. The Health Check is a fixed-fee, time-boxed answer to the question “what have we actually got, and does it work?”
We test the stack rather than take an inventory of it. We put real traffic through it, watch what fires, reconcile the numbers against your back office, and quantify what the gaps are costing you in wasted spend and bad decisions. You get a written findings report and a prioritised roadmap, in plain English for the people who fund it and in enough technical detail for whoever implements it, whether that is us, your agency or your own team.
It runs in one of two formats. The Stack Teardown is a single facilitated workshop, remote or on-site, where we go through your stack live with your marketing, data and agency people in the room and leave you with a prioritised list the same day. The full Health Check runs over ten working days from kick-off to report, during which we get hands-on in your tag manager, ad accounts and analytics properties, verify behaviour end to end and write it all up.
This is the right starting point if you are about to spend money on a replatform, a new CDP, an agency retainer or a step up in ad budget, and you want to know the foundation will hold. It is also the fastest way to work with us: a defined piece of work, a fixed price, and a clear decision at the end about whether you need anything more.
A typical Health Check covers the areas where we most often find money leaking:
Analytics integrity: GA4 configuration, event and conversion setup, data layer consistency, cross-domain and internal traffic handling, and whether the numbers reconcile with your order or CRM data.
Ad platform implementation: Meta pixel and Conversions API deduplication and match quality, Google Ads conversion tracking and Enhanced Conversions, plus TikTok, LinkedIn and Pinterest where you run them.
Consent and compliance: whether your CMP blocks what it claims to, Consent Mode v2 behaviour, and the gap between what your cookie policy says and what your site does.
Stack and spend: what you are licensed for versus what you use, overlapping tools, orphaned tags slowing the site down, and the integrations that were never finished.
A single facilitated session, remote or on-site, with your marketing, data and agency people in the room. We go through the stack live and you leave with a prioritised list the same day.
Hands-on in your tag manager, analytics properties and ad accounts. Behaviour verified end to end, reconciled against your back office, written up as findings plus a costed roadmap.
For multiple domains or markets, a CDP or CRM in scope, or in-store and offline data in the picture. Same method, wider estate.
Fixed fee agreed in writing before we start: no day-rate creep, no change requests unless you widen the scope yourself. Prices exclude VAT. Larger implementation and architecture engagements are quoted individually.
No, and deliberately so. A free audit is a sales pitch with a report attached. It stays shallow because it has to, and it exists to sell you the next thing. Ours is paid, fixed-fee and scoped in writing, which means we can go properly hands-on in your accounts and give you findings that are independent of what we would like to sell you next. Plenty of clients take the roadmap and implement it themselves. That is a perfectly good outcome.
